If your item arrived damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt, in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on hats, water bottles, mugs, or any other item that states "final sale" on the product page. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please email the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items that are damaged, stained, dirty or with obvious signs of wear, will not be refunded.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund notification via email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve already done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please end us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will then have to notify you about your return.
